A film with original name for silver screen not many have enjoyed. Dr Rajakumar (Mr Rajakumar), Upendra (Upendra), Shivarajakumar (Shiva), Malashri (Malasri Mamasri) and a few others have enjoyed it. Now it comes to Ragini in less than three years of her career in ‘Ragini IPS’. K Manju is the producer of this film and action films director Anand P Raju is directing this film. Nandakumar is behind camera and Emil is scoring music for this commercial venture with five action portions for Ragini a taekwondo knowing heroine.

For the first time the action heroine of Kannada cinema Malashri made her presence for the muhurut of a film. For an action film action heroine of high caliber sounding the clap board was a right move on the part of producer K Manju.

This is the 21st film of Anand P Raju. He is not keeping any image in mind and doing. He has made the film script and that was liked by K Manju. This could fit in to any hero but we have picked heroine Ragini. For my ‘Chennamma IPS’ the backdrop was Ramanagaram and for this film Ragini IPS I am using the Hubli backdrop. The ruggedness and harshness is evolved in the role for Ragini. Mass Madha is teaching stunts for Ragini for this film purpose. It is a 45 days schedule for the film.

Ragini birthday lady of 22 years was looking superb in her cop costume. We are not showing anything in super human range. The realistic feel is I am looking to represent the younger generation of my age and less than that.

Taking this role in just three years of my career is a boon for me. With pride I have accepted. I have my own brand in life she pointed to a question of branding you in similar roles in the industry. Producer K Manju urged Ragini not to hike the remuneration after this film and support the Kannada film producers.
